Our story
ResumeVera was founded in 2024 with a single observation: most people applying for jobs have no idea why their resume isn't working. They upload it, wait, and hear nothing back.
Often the reason is the file itself. Many employers read applications through tracking software that sees a resume as plain text, and a layout it cannot read, or wording that does not match the posting, can keep it from reaching a person. We built ResumeVera to show you what that software is likely to see.
Today ResumeVera has analyzed over 1,700 resumes, showing each person what to fix and letting them fix it in the same place.
