Question 1

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One letter a day, with no account and no card. A pass gives unlimited letters, each written from the resume you keep in the builder, so you do not paste it every time.

Question 2

Will it make things up?

Accepted Answer

It is told to use only what your resume says. Numbers and names in the letter that your resume does not contain are highlighted, and the copy button waits until you confirm each one. Every body paragraph shows the resume line it draws on, so you can check it where it is made.

Question 3

Do you keep my resume?

Accepted Answer

No. Your resume and the job description are used to write the letter and are not stored. An uploaded file is read once and deleted within a day. Copy the letter before you leave the page, because it is not saved either.

Question 4

Why only one letter a day?

Accepted Answer

Each letter is written by an AI model, and every run costs us money. One a day is what keeps the free version free. If you are applying to several jobs, a pass removes the limit.

Question 5

Can I change the letter before I send it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Edit it on the page, then copy it. Read it through before you send it: it is a strong first draft written from your resume, and you know the details it cannot.

Question 6

What should I give it?

Accepted Answer

Your resume as a PDF or Word file, or pasted as text. If you are signed in, you can pick a resume you already have on ResumeVera. Then paste the full job posting with its responsibilities and requirements. The more of the posting it can see, the more closely the letter answers what the employer asked for.
