Is the biodata free?

Yes. Fill in the form and download the PDF free, as many times as you like. The free copy has a light "Preview only" watermark across the page. If you need a clean copy without the watermark, you can pay once by UPI. There is no account and nothing renews.

Which exams is this format for?

Accepted Answer

It is the plain government biodata asked for by SSC, Railway (RRB), Bank, Police and Teacher recruitment, and most state departments: post applied for, a passport photo box, numbered personal details, an education table, experience, and a signed declaration. Choosing an exam only changes the posts suggested and which extra fields appear, such as height for Police or TET for Teacher posts.

Can I make it in Hindi?

Yes. Switch the biodata language to Hindi and every label, the declaration and the dates print in Hindi. Type your details in Hindi or English; they print exactly as you type them. The Hindi declaration follows your gender, as a printed form does.

Question 4

What paper size is it?

Accepted Answer

A4, the size government offices print and file. The photo box is 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm, the usual passport size. A normal biodata fits on one page.

Do you keep my details?

Accepted Answer

No. Your details stay in this browser so you can come back and edit them. We build the file when you ask for it and keep nothing. Clear them any time with "Clear my details". If you pay, we keep only the payment record that Razorpay sends us.

I paid. How do I download it again?

Accepted Answer

In the same browser, it stays unlocked: just press download again. We also email you a link that unlocks it on any device. Open it, fill the form again if your details are not on that device, and download.

Is this an official government format?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no single official biodata format; each recruitment notice says what to attach. This is the common format most notices accept. Always check your notice for anything extra it asks for.
