The official list

US Department of Labor, OFLC, LCA programs (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3) disclosure data

Before filing an H-1B petition an employer must have a labor condition application (LCA) certified by the US Department of Labor. The Office of Foreign Labor Certification publishes every LCA decision each quarter, and we count the certified H-1B ones per employer.

A certified LCA is a step an employer takes for a specific worker. It shows the employer uses the H-1B program; it does not mean an open role will be sponsored, and it is not a visa approval.

Being on a government sponsor list means the employer has sponsored, or may sponsor, workers in that country. It does not mean any particular role is sponsored. Read how we check sponsorship, including which employer pages we list for search: those on a list with open roles on their own careers board, or with at least 100 certified H-1B LCAs in the US data.
