A story bank built from your own resume

The story bank keeps your interview stories in situation, task, action and result form. Stories are drafted from bullets on your own resume, and nothing is used until you approve it.

An interview story is drafted from one sample resume bullet, the missing result is left as a placeholder and a phrase the bullet does not show is pointed out, then the story is filled in and approved.

What the video shows

0:13 long, with captions and no sound. Every person and employer in it is invented.

  1. “Interview stories drafted from your own resume bullets”

A story drafted from one bullet on a sample resume, with that bullet shown under it as the source.

  2. “Gaps stay as placeholders, and anything new is pointed out”

The result is left as a placeholder in brackets rather than guessed, and a phrase the bullet does not show is pointed out, to keep only if it is true.

  3. “Fill it in and approve it, and your answers can draw on it”

The story is filled in, the unsupported phrase is gone, and it is approved. Approved stories are the ones application answers can draw on.
